Leta Grace Stoll, 84, of Blencoe, Iowa, died Thursday, October 7, 1999, at her home.

Leta was born July 24, 1915, in Edison, Nebraska, the daughter of William and Grace (McCoy) Livingston. She graduated from Arapahoe, Nebraska, High School. She was a school teacher for several years until she married Ralph E. Stoll on June 12, 1935, in Elwood, Nebraska. They farmed in Arapahoe, Nebraska, until they moved to the Blencoe area in 1945.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Blencoe, Iowa. There she was very active on church committees. She was also very active in the Blencoe Community Development Council and several other local clubs.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph of Blencoe; a daughter, Dola Belle and her husband, Delbert Collison of Blencoe, and a son, Johnny and his friend, Carol, both of Coralville, Iowa; 6 grandchildren, Rogene and Ron Collison and Dana, Chris, Ryan, and Nate Stoll; and 6 great-grandchildren, Megan, Christina, Rebecca, Ben, and Anna Collison and Troy Stoll.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ernest and Kenneth Livingston; a sister, Mabel Williams; and one grandson, Roger Collison.

Funeral Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 11, 1999, at the United Church of Christ, Blencoe, Iowa, with Pastor John Noer officiating.

The organist was Mrs. Robert Collison, Jr., and the soloist, Mrs. Fred Gibson, sang the selections, "Amazing Grace" and "His Eye Is On The Sparrow". The congregational hymns were "This Is My Father's World" and "Now Thank We All Our God".

Honorary Bearers were Robert Comfort, Merrill Carlson, Harry Hoffman, Robert Collison, Sr., Ronald Cutler, Robert Collison, Jr., and Charles Hitchman.

Casket Bearers were Rogene Collison, Ron Collison, Dana Stoll, Chris Stoll, Ryan Stoll, and Nate Stoll.

Interment was in Graceland Cemetery, Blencoe, Iowa, with arrangements by Pearson Funeral Home, Onawa, Iowa.
