ONAWA, Iowa -- Special; Funeral services for Mrs. Mamie R. Maxwell, 78, lifetime Monona County resident who died Thursday at a hospital here, will at 2 p.m. Monday at the Fire Christian Church here. The Rev. Everett Epperson will officiate. Burial will be in Blencoe Cemetery under the direction of Pearson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Maxwell was born April 6, 1886, at Castana, Iowa. She was married to Ray Maxwell 1903 at Onawa.

Survivors include the widower; three daughters, Mrs. Clay Farber of Turin, Iowa, Mrs. Tony White of Descano, Calf. and Mrs. Lloyd Gray of Dunlap, Iowa; four sons, Walter and Earl of Onawa, Farrell of Northridge, Calif., and Raymond of Downey, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Lulu Walsh of Michigan City, Ind.: 28 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
