William L. Hardt,73, of Omaha,Neb., formerly of Sioux City, died Friday, Sept. 5,1997.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at R.L.D.S. Church in Pisgah, Iowa. Burial will be in Preparation Cemetery at Moorhead, Iowa.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. today, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fouts Funeral Home in Woodbine, Iowa.

He was employed with Kennedy and Parson Company from 1945 to 1967.

Survivors include his wife, Norma; three sons and their wives, Dennis and Adrienne of Omaha, Robert and Sheila of St. Louis, Mo. and Jim and Michaela of Monument, Colo.; and four grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Alex, and Katie.

Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
