Mrs. Tony (Pauline) Prochelo, age 59,of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 1981, in Des Moines following a long illness.

She was born at Whiting, Iowa, on May 10, 1922, the daughter of Harlan Richardson and Mary Hohenstein Richardson. She was married to Anthony J. (Tony) Prochelo and had lived in Sioux City before moving to Des Moines. She was president of the Iowa Licensed Beverage Services, Inc.

Survivors include her husband, Tony, of Des Moines, her mother, Mrs. Mary Richardson, of Whiting, three sisters, Mrs. Rosemary Framke of Hubbard, Neb., Mrs. Lucille Eliason of Sloan, Iowa and Mrs. Joan Mortensen of Whiting, and five brothers, Carl Richardson of Onawa, Iowa, Don Richardson and James Richardson, both of Whiting, William Richardson of Marengo, Ill. and Robert Richardson of Katy, Texas.

A Funeral Mass was held at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 1981.

Services were held at the Pearson Funeral Home in Onawa at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 1982 with Father Donald Smith, officiating. Mrs. Darrell Hewitt was the organist. Nephews served as pallbearers.

Interment was in the Onawa Cemetery with arrangements by the Pearson Funeral Home of Onawa.
