James Henry Price, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. T. Price, was born in Henderson county, Ill., April 21, 1874, and died at Whiting, Ia. March 25, 1932 at the age of 57 years. He spent the greater part of his life in Whiting, having come here with his parents at an early age. He was well known and respected by his neighbors and friends.

Mr. Price was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers. He is survived by one brother, Harry of Whiting, and three sisters, Mrs. Ada Brady of Layaunta, Colo., Mrs. Mamie Folsom of Onawa, and Mrs. Retta K. Billings of Kansas City, Mo.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. John Crossley Monday at the Community Building. Burial was made in Harrison cemetery.
