MRS. NELLIE DOROTHY DIED AT HER HOME IN ONAWA

Mrs. Nellie M. Dorothy, 69, a resident of Onawa for 18 years, died at her home in Onawa Thursday, February 26.

Mrs. Dorothy was born August 27, 1878, in Lynn county, Iowa, and lived at Ute and Castana before moving to Onawa.

Survivors include the widower, Wright Dorothy; four sons, Ed, of Sumatra, Montana, Emmett of Detroit, Oregon, Ted and Gale, both of Mill City, Oregon; four daughters, Mrs. Grace Cosgrove, of Kansas City, Missouri, Mrs. Nellie Stahlman, of Mill City, Oregon, Mrs. Helen Bowman of Onawa, and Mrs. Ruth Howell, of Dayton, Wyoming; two brothers, Roy Champion, of Albert City, Iowa, and Edwin Champion of Mapleton, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Bramble, of Sioux City, Mrs. Cora Madsen, of Mapleton, Iowa, and Mrs. Frances Clow, of Cherokee, Iowa; 17 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Christian Church in Ute Sunday at 2:3 P.M. with Rev. Everett Epperson of Onawa officiated. Burial was made in St. Claire cemetery at Ute.
