On last Friday death relieved the suffering of little Waller Muckey the 2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Clark Muckey, residing just south of town.

The little one was a bright, healthy child until a few weeks age it took the measles. After recovering from the measles, however, it caught cold which led into an acute attack of croup, which proved fatal as stated above. Funeral services were held on Sunday at the home conducted by Rev O. S. Bryan, and the remains laid tenderly at rest in Heisler cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Muckey have the sympathy of all in their sudden and sad bereavement.
