Mrs. Andy Eller Buried Saturday

Funeral Services Are Held In Smithland Church for Former Resident Here

Funeral services for Mrs. Andy Aller were held in the Smithland Methodist church Saturday with Rev. J. E. Lombard, the pastor, officiating. Miss Gertrude Ball and Miss Norma Ferdig sang, accompanied at the piano by Miss Elsie Parker.

Pallbearers were F. J. Leney, W.M. McDonald, Monroe Yockey, Lorenzo Baxley, Fred Chilton and Harry Barnett.

Lulie Wanamaker, daughter or Nelson and Catherine Wanamaker, was born in Millersburg. Ia., April 9, 1872, and passed away in her home at Smithland August 6, a t the age of 70 years.

She was married to Andrew Aller in Logan, in November 1, 1872.

Born to this union were two children, Mrs. Hurley Slentz or Smithland and Mrs. Harold Fillbach of Monroe, Wis.

There is one granddaughter, Mrs. Leonard Peterson of Danbury.

There also remain to mourn her passing, two brothers and four sisters, George Wanamaker of Bismark, N D. and Arthur Wannamaker of California, and Mrs.
Linda Clingenpeel of Denver, Mrs. Pearl Chase of Flagler, Colo., Mrs. Lester McCleary of Anthon and Mrs. Wesley Banta of Oto. Four other sisters preceded her in death.

In their early married life they made their homo at Portsmouth, Ia. for 9 years. Then they moved to Mapleton and lived in that vicinity 20 years and for a while lived near Oto, returning again to the vicinity of Mapleton and finally settled at Smithland in 1933 where she has since resided.
