Funeral services for Kenneth C. Peters, 57, of Rodney, a circulation representative for The Sioux City Journal, were held at 2:00 p. m. Friday, May 13, a t the United Church of Christ The Rev. Carl Jensen officiated. Burial was in the Grant Cemetery under t h e direction of the Willman Funeral Home of Rodney.

Mr. Peters died Tuesday afternoon in a collision of 'two pickup trucks near Blencoe, Iowa. He was born June 2, 1908, a t Keosauqua, Iowa. He married Alice Maude Myers July 31, 1938, at Anthon. Mr. Peters taught in the Rodney area for a number of years. He had been with The Journal since January of 1963.

He was treasurer of .the United Church of Christ and also was secretary of the Rodney school board.

Survivors include the widow; two sons, David of Moville and Robert of Hazel Green, Wis.; a daughter, Mrs. Eli Buckovich of Duluth, Minn., and three grandchildren.
