Vema L. Inman, Sioux City, Iowa, formerly of Smithland, Iowa, died Monday, September 9, 1991, at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City. Death came at the age of 69 years 5 months and 20 days.

She was born March 19, 1922 at Rodney, Iowa, the daughter of Ray and Lela (Hollister) Harsh. She married John Inman March 4, 1953 in Hornick. The couple farmed near Smithland. Mr. Inman died June 28, 1984 in Sioux City.

She was a member of the Billy Sunday Memorial Tabernacle in Sioux City. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Samuel (Genise) Hallowell of Bronson and Mrs. Dick (Jeanene) Hallowell of Hornick; and four grandchildren, Sean. Erin, Paul and Kert.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Services were held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday September 12, 1991 at the Willman Funeral Chapel at Rodney, Iowa with Rev. Wesley Hansen officiating. Music was by Mr. and Mrs. Sherrill Hyatt.

Bearers were Don Swanson, Lorenz Busselman, Oliver Lock, Gerald Anderson, Lorence Barnes and Edward Meyers.

Interment was in Grant Township Cemetery at Rodney with arrangements by the Willman Funeral Home Rodney, Iowa.
