TURIN, Iowa -- Richard W. Martindale, 68, of Papillion, Neb., formerly of Turin, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, in Papillion.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church in Gretna, Neb. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Belvidere Cemetery, Turin. Visitation will be 1 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary in Papillion.
Richard is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Pennie Matrindale of Gretna; grandchildren, Garrett, Alissa and Nicole, all of Gretna; brothers and their wives, Glenn and Doris Martindale of Fremont, Neb., and Eugene and Betty Martindale of Turin; a sister, Marlene Sargent of Omaha; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend of 18 years, Sharon Burnsides.
