Mrs. Anneta M. Lovell, 74, of Hull, Illinois, passed away at 12:50 p.m., Thursday, December 10, 2009, in the emergency room of Hannibal Regional Hospital, Hannibal, Missouri.

She was born on December 2, 1935, in Ute, Iowa to Warren & Helene (Ziems) Nepper. They preceded her in death.

She married Elgin C. (Buzz) Lovell, on July 3, 1958, in Sioux City, Iowa. He preceded her in death on November 30, 1999.

She is survived by 1 son, Craig Lovell and his wife. Paula, of Hannibal, Mo; 1 daughter, Helene Fricke and her husband, Kevin, of Hull, Ill., and 2 grandsons, Marcus Fricke, of Hull, Ill. and Justin Reever of Hannibal. Mo.

She is also survived by 4 brothers- Warren Nepper of Ute, Iowa; Dean Nepper, of Ute, Iowa; Allen Nepper of Charter Oak, Iowa and Curtis Nepper of Ute, Iowa; and 2 sisters- Corrine Kunze of McMinnville, Oregon and Sharon Barngrover of Canton, South Dakota.
Anneta graduated 1953 from Mapleton High School in Mapleton, Iowa. She was a member of the Hull Community Church. Anneta was a very popular babysitter in the Hull community for 4 decades and cared for most of the present adults at one time or another. When she had spare time she enjoyed arts and crafts as well as cooking. Annetta was a certified medication aide and worked with the mentally disabled for many years.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at the Kirgan Funeral Home in Barry.
Burial was in Akers Chapel Cemetery in Hull, Illinois.
Memorials are suggested to the Hull Community Church.
