Rites Held For Mrs. Von Court

Funeral services for Mrs.. Marjorie Ann Von Court, a prominent Mercer County educator and wife of Dr. Lawrence L. Von Court of Princeton, who died Sat. in the Princeton hospital following a short illness, were conducted at 3:30 p.m. Monday at George W. Seaver Chapel in Princeton with Rev. Ambrose Stump and Rev. Orville Harvey officiating. Entombment followed in Resthaven Park Mausoleum in Princeton. She was 59.

Born in Onawa, Iowa, she was a daughter of Glen R. and Florence Jacobsen Edwards of Princeton. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Princeton.

She attended Bluefield State College and was a graduate of Concord College. She was a teacher at Princeton Junior High School and was a member of the West Virginia Education Association. She was a member and past president of the Princeton Quota Club of which she was a past district governor.

Survivors in addition to her parents and husband include a brother, Robert G Edwards of Princeton.

Pallbearers were Bill Wolfe, George Coleman, Zina Burks, Henry Kessler, Ed Rule and Mike Blankenship. Flower-bearers were teachers at Princeton Junior High School.
