Hans Milford Olson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Olson, died at the family home last Friday, May 3rd after an illness of three weeks from spinal meningitis. Everything that medical skill and human aid could do was done but the dread disease could not be abated.

Milford was a bright little boy, loved by his companions . He was born June 7, 1908 and lacked but a little more than a month of being ten years old. His death has cast the deepest sorrow upon the hearts of his parents and grandparents. Besides these relation, he is survived by a little sister Annette Bertha. Owing to the nature of the disease, it was necessary to bury the remains last Friday evening in the Whiting Cemetery. Memorial services will be when the home is released from quarantine.
