Beverly L. Koeppen, 53, Gladstone, MO passed away Thursday, February 9, 2006. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 2003 NE Englewood Road, Kansas City, MO. Inurnment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Gladstone, MO. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at D.W. Newcomer's Sons White Chapel, 6600 N Antioch Rd. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

Beverly was born in Mapleton, IA in 1952 to Scott and Berneice (Hupke) Green. She was raised in Mapleton, but graduated from Burke High School in Omaha, NE, class of '71.

On August 12, 1971, Beverly was united in marriage to Larry Koeppen in Omaha, NE. Three children were born to this union. The couple began their lives in Omaha, but in 1974 moved to Kansas City where her family still resides. When the children were grown, Beverly went to work for K-Mart and remained a valuable employee for 13 years. Beverly was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Beverly was preceeded in death by her father Scott Green and her brothers Francis and Louis Green.

She is survived by her husband Larry, daughters; Shawnie and Heather (Darryl) Hulber; wonderful grandson; Marek, and son Justin. Also survived by her mother; Berneice Green, sister; Jeanette(Roger) Anderson and brother Leslie(Jean) Green, all residing in Omaha, NE. She was also dearly loved by her two Dachshunds Emily and Shiloh.

Beverly's life was remarkable in that everyone who met her liked her. She was dearly loved and will be missed by everyone who knew her. Arrangements D.W. Newcomer's Sons White Chapel.
