Beverly Ann (Bush) Hunsaker, age 62, originally of Mapleton passed away on Friday, February 27, 2004. She left behind a husband, two children, six grandchildren, two brothers and many friends.
Beverly married Ralph K. Hunsaker, age 67, also of Mapleton, on November 19, 1960. Ralph and Bev made their home in Arvada, Colorado, in 1972, and kept the same home for the remainder of her life. They had two children: Kelly Marie Hunsaker and Robert (Bob) Leon Hunsaker. Kelly lives in Woodland Park, Colorado with her husband Gregory Arthur Spalding and their two children Owen Henry Hunsaker Spalding, and Cora Joy Hunsaker Spalding. Bob and his wife, Lynda Renee' (Smith) Hunsaker live in Thornton, Colorado, with their four children Patrick Charles, Holly Nicole, Victoria (Tori) Renee' and Landon Thomas.

Beverly Ann was the daughter of Henry (Hank) Ernest Bush and Daria Marie (Quirin) Bush. Beverly was born on May 25, 1941. She attended St. Mary's School through the 8th grade, and then she graduated from Mapleton High School with the Class of 1959 and remained good friends with many of her classmates until she died. Beverly lived a full life, accomplishing many things in her 62 years. At different times in her life she sold real estate, Avon, Home Interiors, cookware, jewelry and toys. She was charismatic, funny and loved by all. She could sell anything, because she had a good eye, a good understanding of what peoples' needs were, and was honest to all. Bev was loved by many, due to her wonderful sense of humor, her strength of character, her example of survival and her great love for everyone. She will be remembered with joy and fondness always by her friends and family. All those who knew her have funny stories, emotional stories and stories of great strength and endurance.

The funeral was held in Lakewood, Colorado, at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Home. The open house viewing was held on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, and the funeral was on March 4, 2004. She was buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
