Mrs Mayme Schoenherr, 98, of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, formely of Mapleton, Iowa, died Sunday, January 27, 1985, in a nursing home in Sleepy Eye.

Services were at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 30, in St Mary's Catholic Church in Mapleton. Monsignor A.W. Behrens officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Visitation was from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 29, in the Walter Funeral Home at Mapleton.

Mrs Schoenherr was born January 2, 1897 in Charlotte. She moved to Mapleton area. She married Theodore Schoenherr in 1912 in Mapleton. She later lived in Hymore, South Dakota. Mr Schoenherr died in 1934. Since 1967, she lived in Sleepy Eye.

Survivors include nieces and newphews.

Pallbearers were Sylvester Schleimer, Lawrence McGrain, Delmond Scheer and Leonard Jungen.
