Mrs Ellsworth Shook
Services for a former Sioux City resdient, Mrs Ellsworth Shook, 86, of Longmont, Colo, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery.

The Rev Curtis Lindahl of Mayflower
Congregational Church will officiate. Burial will be under the direction of the Heaton-Westcott Funeral Home.

Mrs Shook died Wednesday at a Longmont hospital after a lingering illness.

Mrs Shook, the former Martha Templeton, was born on June 14, 1889 at Onawa, Iowa and was married there on April 9, 1921. Her husband, a conductor for the Illinois Central Railroad, died on May 11, 1964 in Sioux City.

She lived in Sioux City from 1921 to 1965 when she moved to Longmont to be near her daughter.
She was a member of the First Congregational Church and Rose Croix Chapter 400 Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Barbara Smith of Longmont, one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
