Mildred M "Watson" Shook

Mildred M. "Watson" Shook, 83, passed away February 26, 2007. She resided in Salina, Kansas.

She was born March 16, 1923 in Rosalee, Nebraska. Her maiden Name was Fouts.
Mildred owned and operated several restaurants in Iowa and Nevada from 1964 to 1989.

Survivors are her daughters, Sandra Barnes of Salina, KS and Linda Bennett of Salina, KS; her brother Roger Fouts of Van Nuys, CA; sisters Doris Nelson of Junction, TX and Cora Simpson of Hardington, NE; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by first husband, Richard Watson in 1970.

Memorial service was held 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2 at the St Mary's Catholic Church in Salina, KS. Inurnment will be in the Blencoe Cemetery in Blencoe, Iowa at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the Lupus Foundation, Kansas Chapter.
