BLENCOE, Iowa -- Franklin Eugene Madsen, 68, of Blencoe died Sunday, July 8, 2001, at Veterans Administration Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rush Family Chapel in Onawa, Iowa. Burial will be in Ingeman Cemetery, Moorhead, Iowa. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
