Obituary of Lloyd Junior Docken Who
Died November 22

Lloyd Junior Docken, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Docken, was born on March 8, 1926, at Sloan, Iowa. He lived with his parents, in the Albaton community for a number of years, moving to Onawa where he lived until he answered The Master’s Call on November 22, 1939.

Lloyd Docken attended the Onawa public schools, being in the 7th grade at the time of his death. He took sick a few days before his death and was given medical care taken to the Lutheran hospital in Sioux City, Iowa, but God saw fit to remove him from this vale of sorrows unto Himself in heaven.

He was laid to rest in the family plot at the Albaton cemetery, on November 24, 1939 with Rev O G Salveson, officiating.

He is survived by his parents, Mr and Mrs. Oscar Docken: five brothers: Lawrence, Willard, Lewis (his twin brother) Mervin and Marvin of Onawa: and by four sisters, Mrs. Althea Horner, of Modesto, Calif., Mrs. Gladys Karr, Lilla and Mildred of Onawa and by a host of relatives and froends who mourn his passing.
