Services Held For Mrs Mary C Wise

Funeral services for Mrs Mary C Wise, 84, who died Friday at the nursing home at Worthington, Minn after a brief illness were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wood Funeral Home at Whiting, Iowa. Rev Dwight Snearud, pastor of the congregational Church at Whiting officiating and buried was in the Onawa Cemetery.

Mrs Wise was born August 29, 1876 at Onawa. She was married to M M Wise in 1899 at Onawa. They moved to Worthington in 1915 where they had lived since. She was a member of the Congregational Church of Onawa and the Women's Relief Corps at Worthington.

Survivors include a sister Mrs Claude Riggs of Mount Vernon, Washington and several nieces and nephews in the Whiting vicinity.
