Mrs. Olive Greenough

Mapleton, Ia- Special: Mrs. Olive Cedona Greenough, 72, died Tuesday at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Greenough was born June 27, 1889, in Monona County, near Mapleton.
She moved to Oklahoma with her parents and also resided in Nebraska before returning to Mapleton. For the last several months she has resided with a daughter, Mrs. Oscar Hanson, at Rodney, Ia..
She was married to Howard O. Greenough, November 22, 1911, at Onawa, Ia. He died in 1951. They farmed near Mapleton until 1949 when they moved to town.
She was a member of the Church of Christ at Mapleton.
Survivors include, in addition to the daughter at Rodney, a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Mauch of Des Moines: three sons, Charles of Mapleton, Walter of Moorhead and Glenn of Sioux City: 18 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
