DONNA MELBY

“Donna Melby of Dunlap died Wednesday, March 23, 1983, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs at the age of 73.

Services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church of Dunlap with Rev. James Campbell officiating. She was buried in the Lutheran Cemetery in Soldier.

She is survived by two brothers, Merlyn of Dunlap, Virgil of California, and one sister, Maxine Owen of Cherokee, Iowa.

Pallbearers were Steve Nichols, Kevin Nichols, Larry Nichols, Ronald Nichols, Paul Nichols, Allen Nichols, LaVerne Carson and Don Muckey.

Music was provided by Max Poe. Organist was Rosanna Mitchell.

Fouts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.”
