Mrs. Allie M. Davis was born in Chicasaw County, Iowa, May 12,1881, died at Whiting, Iowa, April 4,1911, aged 29 years,10 months and 22 days. She was united in marriage to Fred Davis January 20,1901. To this union were born five children, two boys, three girls, one boy dying in infancy.
She leaves besides husband and children, to mourn her loss, a father and mother, five brothers and one sister who resides at Cleavland, Washington.
Mrs. Davis was held in high esteem by the neighbors in the community in which she lived, who join in extending to the bereaved husband and children their heartfelt sympathy.
The funeral services were conducted from the Harrison school house Friday afternoon by Rev. J. A. Saum pastor of the Christian church. A large number of friends followed the remains to their last resting place.
