Schrader, Nora ~ 1971

Nora Schrader was born May 14, 1894 at Danbury, Iowa and passed away in the Burgess Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 25, 1971, aged 76 years, 8 months and 3 days.

For a number of years, she was hostess and cashier at a hotel in LeMars, Iowa. She has been a reesident(sic) of Onawa for the past year; prior to that time her home was near Mapleton and in Soldier.

She was a member of the Methodist Church at Mapleton.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 1971 at the Pearson Funeral Chapel in Onawa, Iowa with the Rev. Everett Epperson officiating. Clara Kelley played organ selections. Bearers were Mildred Hanson, Ralph Lindley, Joe Jary, John Kruse, Harry Schlensig and Olaf Olson. Interment was in Mount Hope Cemetery at Mapleton, Iowa with arrangements by the Pearson Funeral Home of Onawa, Iowa .
