Suicide at Riceville.
Mrs. Robert Middlebrook, residing in that town, ended her life last Friday with a dose of rat poison. Her husband has been confined in the Independence asylum for about a year and it is supposed that worry over his condition rendered her insane also. The poison was taken in the morning and in the evening she expired. She was about 40 years of age and leaves one child, a girl about 12 years of age.
