MRS. WILLIAM ROCHE DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. William Roche, about 75, died at Los Angeles, California, Christmas night according to word received by local relatives, Tom Burke, the John Roche and Lloyd Richmond families.

Mrs. Roche, as Nellie Burke, lived in Riceville as a girl and married William Roche who preceded her in death four years ago. They lived in the residence now owned by Mr. And Mrs. Will Adams.

While here Mr. Roche was associated with his brother, John, in the Roche drug store for 17 years. The later bought William’s interest in 1917 and Mr. and Mrs. William Roche moved to California 25 years ago.

Surviving is the brother mentioned in Riceville; a sister, Mrs. Mary Richmond, in California, and numerous nieces and nephews, including the Burkes here.
