RECEIVE WORD OF DEATH OF FORMER OSAGE MAN

Osage – Harry Johnson has received word of the death of his uncle, Frank Gardner, at his home in Inglewood, California.

Mr. and Mrs. Gardner were former residents of Osage.

Surviving are his widow and two children; Maurice and Mary Frances.
Funeral services were held there Tuesday.

Frank Eugene Gardner was born March 19, 1874 in Osage, Iowa, the son of Henry Harry Gardner and Mary (Phillips) Gardner.

He married Ethelyn Mae Rogers, the daughter of Frank and Frances Rogers. She was born November 22, 1882 and died March 16, 1975 in California. In 1930 Ethelyn’s mother Frances was living with them in Los Angeles, California.
