Jennie Worcester died in San Antonio, Texas (where she had gone for her health), Jan. 26th 1885. The funeral service was held the following Sabb. (Feb. 1st) at the old home - where prayer was offered by Rev. J.A. Brown & "Abide with me" sung by the choir of young people led by Miss Theodosia Bennett of Jamestown, on the piano. The burial was from the house & an after service consisting of sermon by pastor Brown, & singing "Jerusalem the Golden", "Immanuel's Land", & "When we reach our Father's dwelling" by choir - at the Baptist Ch. near by.

Jennie Worchester Kimball was born October 5, 1869 in Wayne, Mitchell , Iowa, the daughter of David Williams Kimball and Sarah (Moore)Kimball. She was buried in the Wayne Cemetery, Mitchell Co., Iowa
