Dies as Result of
Mitchell Resident

MITCHELL, IOWA - August 28. -- Mrs. Jake [Jacob]Betters, whose skull was fractured in an automobile accident last week, died Sunday in a hospital at Austin, Minnesota, without regaining consciousness.

The funeral was conducted today at the Community church here.

Surviving Mrs. Betters are her husband and nine children.
