Obituary

Though Wava Jean's stay on earth was only a few days, by her sweet and sunny disposition she had won a place in the hearts of all who came to know her, and her presence will be greatly missed, especially by her little brothers and sisters whose hearts were gladdened by her coming during the Christmas season.
Surviving are her parents; three brothers-Howard William,Walter and Merrill; three sisters Twila, Dorothy and Mary; her grandparents, and other relatives.
Funeral service was held in the parents' home at Mitchell Thursday afternoon, January 12, at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Benjamin B.Hoyt, of Little Cedar. Miss Elda Smith, of Little Cedar, sang "I'll Be a Sunbeam; and "Savior, Like a Shepherd." Interment was made in the Osage cemetery.
