Adolph Arndt

Riceville – Funeral services were Wednesday at St. Peter’s Lutheran church for Adolph Arndt, 82, who died of cerebral hemorrhage Tuesday. He had been in poor health for many years. He was born and lived his entire life in Riceville. He farmed during active life south of Riceville then purchased a home in town.

Surviving are his wife; children: Mrs. Ed Rieken and Mrs. George Rieken; Mrs. Minnie Penney; Mrs. Hedwig Brockney and Arthur, all of Riceville; Albert, Mapleleaf Minnesota; and Edward and Walter of New Haven; Mrs. Martha Timmerman of Los Angeles, California.
