Word has been received of the death of Norine E. Belnap of Phoenix, Arizona. Private services were held in Phoenix, Arizona.

Norine was born in Stacyville, to Paul and Mary Palmer. Norine graduated from Visitation Catholic School in Stacyville. Norine married Arthur J. Olson in 1940. Arthur passed away in 1982. Norine later married Wayne Belnap.

Norine is survived by her husband, Wayne; three sisters, Louise Halbach of Osage, Catherine Blaser of Charles City and Mary McGovern of Stacyville; a step-daughter, Jean Johnson of Prescott, Arizona, and many nieces and nephews.
