YOUNG WIFE CALLED

Death of Mrs. David Boynton Saddens Many Friends of Young Couple.

Mrs. David Boynton died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Boynton on Thursday, Aug. 27, after an illness of eleven weeks. Her untimely end came as a sad blow to her husband and the many friends the young couple had made during their short residence in Osage.

Funeral services were held Sunday, in charge of the Rev. Mr. Dippel of Charles City.

Mrs. Boynton, who was Miss Doris High before her marriage, was born not far from Charles City, August 25,1889, and lived near the place of her birth until a little over a year ago, when she and her husband moved to Osage.

During her childhood she lived on a farm with her parents, later moving to Charles City, where she attended school.

After completing her school work she entered the employ of the Geo. P. Smith Co., and for several years held a responsible position in their office.

A year ago last March she was married to David Boynton, an Osage boy temporarily in Charles City, and last winter the pair moved to Osage, where Mr. Boynton entered into a partnership with Paul Kuck in the business of tinsmith and plumber.

Mrs. Boynton was a young woman of exceptionally pleasant personality, possessing sweet and womanly qualities that made friends of all with whom she came into contact.

Her bereaved husband and the members of both the High and Boynton families have the deepest sympathy of the community in their loss.
