Obituary--
Bob was born to Rudolph and Marie (Lehman) Nitardy on April 17, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois. He joined the United States Air Force where he served in the Korean Conflict. He worked various jobs until retiring from Coors in Golden, Colorado.
He married Harriet (Pat) Greve on August 2, 1954, in Toeterville, Iowa. Together they raised one child.
Bob leaves as his legacy, one child; Steven (Terrie) Nitardy of Owatonna, MN; one grandchild, Ashley (Daniel) Shankle of Superior, Wis. And two great grandchildren, Elijah and Ava. He also leaves to cherish his memory, four siblings; Barbra Rose of Cedar Rapids, Ia., Margaret (Gene) Buenger of Tripoli, Ia., Carolyn (Bruce) Gerdts of St. Ansgar, Ia. and Joseph Nitardy of St. Ansgar; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pat; brother, Arlo Nitardy; sister, Alice Bartz.
