In 1904 she married N.C. Putman and they celebrated their golden wedding in 1954, just a month before her husband died. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran church, the ALCW and Circles, and a Charter member of the Lyle WCTU. Survivors are one son, Grant C. Putman of St. Paul, a daughter, Ruth Putman, Cedar Rapids; one nephew, Willis Olson, of Tuscon, Ariz.
