Stella Clara (Claire) Johnsrud was born September 5, 1896 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Olaus Johnson Johnsrud and Nora Victoria Petersdatter Borsheim, the second of their four children.

Stella was baptized on October 4, 1896 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

Found in the 1900 census at Fertile, Polk, Minnesota: Olavus Johnsrud 29, Nora Johnsrud 26, Orlioa Johnsrud 5, Stella Johnsrud 4, Jennings Johnsrud 2.

Found in the 1910 census at Great Falls, Cascade, Montana: Oliver Johnsrud 39, Nora V Johnsrud 36, Orlie V Johnsrud 15, Stella Johnsrud 13, Jennings Johnsrud 11, Orvin Johnsrud 9.

Stella married Harold Morf Ramsey before 1920 at Montana. The couple had 5 children.

Found in the 1920 census at School District # 90, Musselshell, Montana: Henry M Ramsey 25, Stella C Ramsey 23, Claire N M Ramsey 1 yr 4 mos.

Found in the 1930 census at Moore, Fergus, Montana: Harry M Ramsey 35, Stella C Ramsey 33, Clarie N Ramsey 11, Harry J Ramsey 10, Shirley K Ramsey 4 8/12, Doris M Ramsey 3 1/12.

Found in the 1940 census at Lewistown, Fergus, Montana: Harry Ramsey 45, Stella Ramsey 43, Harry J Ramsey 19, Shirley K Ramsey 14, Doris M Ramsey 13, Robert Ramsey 3.

Stella Ramsey died May 8, 1989 at Fergus, Montana and was buried at the Lewistown City Cemetery, Lewistown, Fergus, Montana.
