Iowa Falls, May 27. — F O. Bronson, who came to this city just recently and engaged in the fruit and confectionery business about April 1, died this morning after an illness from heart trouble of only a week's duration. The deceased was 65 years of age and was well known in northeastern Iowa, having been clerk of the courts of Mitchell County for 10 years and at one time engaged in the grocery business at Riceville
He was a veteran of the civil war and a member of the Masonic order, having taken the Chapter degrees.
His widow survives with three children: Mrs. A. H. Crowther of Waterloo, Mrs. J. P. Servoss of Riceville and C. L. Bronson of Kansas City. Mrs, Bronson and children were at the bedside when the end came.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at Mitchell, interment also be at that place.
