OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services for Urban E. Thompson, 82, who died Saturday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage. Burial in Osage Cemetery with military rites.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth; four sons, Robert of Osage, Kenneth of Las Vegas, Nevada, Clarence of Napa, California, and Harold of Lincoln, Nebraska; a daughter, Mrs. LeMar (Helen) Emerson of Osage; a sister, Mrs. Thea Bargman of Westbrook, Minnesota.

35th ANNIVERSARY TO BE CELEBRATED
Osage, Iowa - Mr. and Mrs. Urban Thompson will be feted Sunday on their 35th wedding anniversary, at their home in Osage. Open house scheduled between 2 and 4:30 p.m.
Ruth Squier and Urban Thompson were married at the Little Brown Church near Nashua. They have lived in Osage since.
They are parents of four sons: Robert, Osage; Kenneth, Exira; Clarence, Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Harold, Lincoln, Nebraska; and one daughter; Mrs. LaMar Emerson, Little Cedar. There are ten grandchildren.
