The H.E. Smesrud family certainly has had more than its share of misfortune this year as last Friday, Glen Leonard, their little seven months old son died very suddenly. It was well and strong the night before. In the morning it seemed sick and would not eat. The doctor was called at once, and when he arrived he said there was no hope for it and it died at noon, the disease being brain fever and pneumonia. It was only a few months ago since Mr. Smesrud's mother died suddenly. They have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
