Howard Henry Herdman – January 26, 1900 – November 28, 1975
HOWARD HERDMAN SERVICES MONDAY
Howard Herdman, 75, Henning Route 1, died Friday at Douglas County Hospital, Alexandria. Services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at LaMere Funeral Chapel, Parkers Prairie, with the Rev. David Sommerfield officiating. Burial will be in Elmo Lutheran Cemetery, Elmo Township.
He was born January 26, 1900, in Riceville, Iowa, a son of William and Nancy (Watson) Herdman. He married Lillian Ness. They had farmed in Elmo Township since 1912. She died in 1956.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Maurice (Shirley) Faehnrich, Alexandria; a son, Donald, Henning Route 1; five grandchildren; and two sisters; Mrs. Lee (Elsie) Aldrich, Parkers Prairie; and Mrs. Jennie Mageli, Brainerd.
Visitation begins Sunday afternoon at the LaMere Funeral Home, Parkers Prairie.
