HOLD RITES OF KATHRY RYAN
82 YEAR OLD FARM WOMAN OF MITCHELL COUNTY IS BURIED
Osage – Funeral services were held at 9:30 Wednesday morning at the Champion Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Mr. Crehock for Kathryn Ryan, 82, who died Monday at her farm home after a two day illness with pneumonia. She had previously spent eight months in a Rochester, Minnesota Hospital.
She was born in Dane County, Wisconsin, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Ryan. She moved to Mitchell County with her parents and kept house for them until their deaths. Since then she had made her home with her brother, Andy.
Surviving are three brothers and a sister; Andy, Tom and Mary all of Osage; and John of Riverside California. Burial was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
