Phyllis Jean Despard
Phyllis Jean Despard, age 76, died Friday, April 21, 2000 in McAllen, Texas.
A committal service will be held in Osage at a later date.
She was born August 18, 1923 in Osage, Iowa. She graduated in the Osage High School class of 1941.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles Bower and Coralie Godfrey Bower; four brothers, Godfrey, Dale, Herb and Dean Bower and one sister, Margaret Hoel.
Those that survive her include her husband, Kenneth of Mission, Texas; a daughter, Jacquline Quilan of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; a son, Roger Despard of Cynthiana, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Jason Challand of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tara Faivre of Malta, Illinois and Ashley and Danielle Despard of Cynthiana, Kentucky; two great-grandchildren, Louis Faivre of Malta, Illinois and Lauren Challand of Indianapolis, Indiana.
