ST. ANSGAR, IOWA – There are many in this community, who mourn the passing of Miss Lucena Wolf, who passed away Saturday morning, March 19, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wolf. She had been ill for several months.

She leaves to mourn her death her parents, two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Adams, of Dyersville, and Mrs. Clyde Hickey, Stacyville; and four brothers – Vero, who attends the state university, Iowa City, Albert, Joseph and Ralph, all of Stacyville.

Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s church and burial made in the Catholic cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Adams and children, of Dyersville, were called here on Saturday by the illness and death of Mrs. Adams’ sister, Miss Lucena Wolf.

East Stacyville – Sympathy extended to the Joseph Wolf family, in Stacyville, in the loss of their daughter and sister, Lucina, who passed away last Saturday.

Miss Wolf has many friends to mourn her passing. A number from here attended the funeral of Miss Wolf, at Stacyville, Monday morning.

Stacyville – Clarence Adams, of Dyersville, came Saturday to spend Sunday here with his family, Mrs. Adams and children, who have been here since the death of Lucina Wolf. The Adams’ returned to their home Sunday.

Mrs. Phillip Thome, of north St. Paul, who came to attend the funeral of Miss Lucina Wolf, and has been visiting her mother, Mrs. Peter Wolf, and other relatives, accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Art Green to Minneapolis Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Green visited at the Mrs. Minnie Thome home.
