Luella (McNamara) Stohr 1895-1964

MRS. W. R. STOHR

Charles City – Mrs. William R. Stohr, 68, died of a heart attack at her home here Monday. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Garden with Grossmann-Hage Funeral Home in charge.

Born in Mitchell, Iowa on December 19, 1895, she was the daughter of Hiram and Catherine (Graves) McNamara. She was married August 12, 1920.

Surviving are her husband, five sons; William W. and Glenn H., Charles City; Richard, El Cajon, Calif.; Roger, Charles City; Curtis R. Novata, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; two brothers; George and Ellsworth McNamara, Nora Springs; a sister; Mrs. John Morgan, St. Paul, Minn.
