NAUMAN, Phillip E. 1900-1985
Funeral services were held on Monday, June 17, 1985, at the Wesleyan Methodist church in Rudd, for Phillip Edward Nauman, 84, who died on Saturday, June 15, 1985 at the Faith Home in Osage. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Rudd.
He was born near Rudd on December 29, 1900, the son of Fredrick Paul and Lilly (Gerhaldt) Nauman. He attended Rudd schools.
He and Margaret Fredericks were married on May 14, 1925. They farmed neawr Rudd. He was a member of the Wesdleyan Methodist Church of Rudd where he served as a lay minister and on several church boards.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, who died in 1984; three sons: Don, LaVerne and Victor; one sister, Bertha Campbell; one granddaughter, Debra Nauman; and his parents.
He is survived by one son, Robert of Floyd; one daughter, Mrs. Carroll (Joyce) Bishop of Osage; two brothers, Emmett Nauman, Sr., of Floyd, and Paul Albert Nauman of Rudd, and one sister, Mrs. Esther Pitts of Santa Rosa, California.
