for Robert
Miskimins
A former Riceville resident, Robert J. Miskimins, 52, died Saturday after a lingering illness in Casper, Wyoming where he was employed as a telephone engineer.
Graveside services will be promptly at 10 a.m. Friday at the Riverside Cemetery in Riceville. Friends may call at the Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville after 5 p.m. on Thursday. The casket will be closed.
Survivors include his wife Frances of Casper, Wyoming, and one son John of Seattle, Washington, and a daughter Calista Maskimins of San Francisco, California.
He is survived by five sisters; Mrs. Francis (Calista) Day of Riceville; Helen Hubacher of Mesa, Arizona; Gladys Lange of Lincoln, Nebraska; Margaret Broghammer and Jene Lockie both of Cresco.
A memorial fund has been established for the Alter Cross Fund of the St. Mary's Episcopal Church 701 S. Wescott Street, Casper, Wyoming, 82601.
