W. W. RUNGEOsage – Walter William Runge, 82, died Friday in the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. He had been ill since September. Rites are pending at the Champion Funeral Home.
Born in February 1881 in Wahpeton, N. D., he was the son of William David and Adele Runge. He had farmed southeast of Osage since 1895. He was a director of the Osage Farmers Natiional Bank, a township trustee and a member of the Modern Woodmen of America.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. W. S. Guy, Upland, Calif.; Dora and Hazel Runge, both at home. He was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.

WALTER RUNGEOsage – Last rites for Walter Runge, 82 were held Monday at the Champion Funeral Home, with the Rev. Everett Pencook officiating. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery. He died Friday morning.
