Mallory Rae Newton
LITTLE CEDAR, IOWA - Mallory Rae Newton, infant daughter of William and Kristin Newton, was born September 3, 2010, at Austin, Mower county, Minnesota, and died on Sunday, September 5, 2010, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Olmsted county, Minnesota, from complications of birth.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage. Private Funeral Services will take place at a later date with burial in Liberty Cemetery in Little Cedar.
Mallory was with us a short time, but will be in her families hearts forever. Bill and Kristin are blessed to have been chosen as her parents. She was loved by her family her entire life and will never be forgotten.
Mallory is survived by Dad and Mom, William and Kristin Newton, of Little Cedar; a sister, Renae, of Little Cedar; her grandparents, Allen Newton, of Little Cedar; Stephen and Rose Ann McCarthy, of McIntire; her uncles, Christopher Newton of Rudd, Chad McCarthy and his daughters, Hannah and Mady, of Buffalo, Minn.; her aunt, Melissa McCarthy, of Ames; her great-grandparents, Gordon Newton of Little Cedar, Bonnie Church of Osage, Thomas and Dorothy McCarthy of McIntire, and Richard and Angie Ginder of Stacyville.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Sandra Newton; her great-grandfather, Rolland "Bub" Church; and her great-grandmothers, Evelyn Newton and Marian Ginder.
